KB SCHEDULE

MONDAY 6PM & 7PM

Dee teaches the Monday 6pm KB Kickboxing class at our Euston venue, whilst streaming the class online via FB and Zoom. The lesson caters to all levels.

The Monday 7pm in Euston is KB Self Defence; it is simultaneously streamed online.

TUESDAY 6PM & 7PM

These are the most advanced classes in the Academy, taught by the school's Chief Instructor, Kelly (KB). The classes in Euston are also streamed live online. The lessons in Euston are available to Unlimited members who have been training for a minimum of 12 weeks and wish to follow the grading system - both in KB Kickboxing and KB Kung Fu. All of Kelly (KB)'s students spar too, requiring full sparring kit supplied by KB Fitness. Before starting Kelly's classes, you will need to have been sparring for at least 4 weeks. The KB uniform is also a requirement. You can try the archived recording of these classes online any time. Note that Kelly (KB) will not explain techniques as slowly as the instructors do Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

WEDNESDAY 6PM & 7PM

Dee teaches these KB Kickboxing classes too. Lessons cater to all levels.

THURSDAY 6PM & 7PM

Jess, Beth, Frederike and Marianne teach these classes, following the same lesson plans as the rest of the school. Lessons cater to all levels. 6pm is KB Self Defence and 7pm is KB Kickboxing.

HOW TO PROGRESS

BEGINNERS: Start out with Dee on Mondays and Wednesdays, or with Jess, Beth, Frederike and Marianne on Thursdays, then when you feel you understand all of the techniques, progress to Kelly's classes.

INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS: Once you're training with Kelly, your main goal is to attend Tuesdays regularly.
