Due to popular demand, we are expanding our weekly schedule.

Starting back tentatively in August with 4 classes, we’ve since introduced a 5th and now a 6th class.

It seems that Londoners are fed up with walking or jogging in a park, plus, what with the change in weather, no longer willing to consider it.

Our current schedule:

6pm: Mon, Tue, Wed  |   7pm: Mon, Tue & Wed

Training in the martial arts is a great alternative to a gym workout. Dynamic and empowering, it’s no surprise that we’re inundated with new enquiries on a daily basis. After being locked down, people are fighting back with a cardio-blasting workout, which incorporates punches, kicks, blocks and footwork.

One of the school’s members, Beth Willoughby, recently wrote:

‘So brilliant that new people are joining the school - I’m not surprised because the positivity and joy of our dojo is fabulous and even more of a contrast to the outside world at the minute. Welcome to all the new members, I’m looking forward to meeting you.’

Our Chief Instructor, Kelly Bunyan added:

‘Running a martial arts school throughout a pandemic has presented me with many challenges, however, with a continued positive approach, we’ve managed to circumvent the obstacles. My school is growing at the moment and I couldn’t be happier, as it means that we’re reaching and directly uplifting more and more people.”

SELF-DEFENCE IS BACK!

The lockdowns got in the way of our usual self-defence classes in London. However, now that we are able to do pad work again, we are delighted to announce the return of our physical KB Self Defence classes on Mondays at 7pm. Self Defence in an integral part of martial arts training. Kelly Bunyan, our Chief Instructor, often says:

WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY...

Many of our members have been with us for almost 2 decades. Some members explain why training in the martial arts at KB Fitness is so good for you.
