There’s nothing they can’t weather. Pun intended. KB Fitness members spent the hottest night of the year training in the hottest London Kickboxing classes last night. Double meaning also intended. With a lot of grit and a lot of fire from within and from the heatwave, KB members described last night's London Kickboxing lessons as “amazing classes”.

Ryan sent a mail to Kelly KB, KB Fitness’ Chief Instructor, thanking her for the kickboxing classes near me: “Just a quick thank you for class last night. You kept us all firing despite the heat! And knowing you kept class on and giving up your night to deliver an amazing class gave me that extra motivation to push - loved all of the steering blocks and the points training! Amazing energy in the room! Thanks to you for pulling it out of everyone! And thanks to Dee for bringing the music!!”

Beth also emailed Kelly with her gratitude: “Just a quick note to say thanks for a wonderful Kickboxing class near me this evening. I loved that the KB addicts from pre-covid and post-covid generations made it to class this evening and that the ki’ah was loud, proud and unstoppable 🦚🥊😆🥊🦚

I also loved that in true KB style, that on the hottest day ever recorded in London, we actually made kickboxing classes longer than normal - starting 10 mins early! And I loved the encouragement in the room - not just from higher grades to lower grades….but also back the other way too! When the outside world is going to pieces because of the heat, I love that KB is still there - providing that consistent structure, positivity and joy to my life. Thank you.”
