We are a women owned and run school. Our female instructors are experts in the martial arts. Kelly Bunyan, KB Fitness Chief Instructor and ex-Met Police Officer, and Officer Safety Instructor, Dee Terret, have harnessed their combined 70+ years of experience to create a proven training system.

What will the classes do for me?
Our KB Self Defence classes will give you the knowledge you need to be in a better position to fight back, should the worst happen. Our mission is to give you the confidence you need to be less fearful than you are now in all situations.
The classes are a practical application of defence and combat techniques. While the emphasis is on a non-aggressive response to threatening altercations, you will learn straightforward ways to release yourself from pins, grips and locks on a bed, the floor, or up against a wall. You will also learn about pressure points, as well as how to, as a last resort, strike and floor an assailant who is much larger than you.
You need training that is easy to learn but won't be easily forgotten. You need to be taught how to fight back when necessary. It is not always an option to run. We will teach you what options you might have.
Do I need any previous experience?
No, just a willingness to learn to protect yourself.
