In addition to exhilarating London Kickboxing and Self Defence classes where members build confidence and learn martial arts, KB Fitness provides many extra resources to assist members in their training.

One of these valuable resources is the KB YouTube channel.

Available to all members, as well as potential members, the channel is regularly updated with tutorials and insightful videos about KB's London Martial arts classes.

The channel is divided into different playlists, for example KB Kickboxing, KB Self Defence, Tournaments & Sparring, Gradings, KB Fitness Online and much more.

It’s a great way to get to know more about the school before joining, as Suzie said: "I had been looking for London Kickboxing classes near me for a while. When I found KB during my online search, I went straight to their YouTube channel. It was really useful to watch videos of their classes, and it made me want to get started straight away. It was also really inspiring to see beginners and experienced members training. It made me to want to become a KB Black Belt. I signed up for Kickboxing and Self Defence classes a week later."

One of the most watched playlists is the one entitled "Tutorials". Composed of 28 videos, Chief Instructor Kelly KB teaches the basic Kickboxing techniques, such as punching or blocking, and also gives tips about sparring, self-defence and KB Kung Fu. The playlist is a favourite amongst KB Fitness members.

"It is my go-to playlist for weekend training. Kelly teaches the basics in a simple way in the videos, so I watch them, rewind them, pause and follow along with her guidance because I like to take my time to improve my techniques on my own, and it makes me feel much more confident when I am in class as well. My most watched video is probably the Kick Tutorial. Kicking is my favourite part of London Kickboxing classes," said Gabi.

"I was about to start training KB Kung Fu and I felt a little nervous because I knew it would be quite different to KB Kickboxing. Kelly KB sent me the link to the KB Kung Fu Beginner Tutorial video to watch prior to my first class, and it was so helpful! I felt much more confident in my first class and was even impressed with myself. I watched that video pretty regularly in my first few months learning KB Kung Fu," said Kelly FN.

With over 200 videos in the KB library, there is plenty to choose from to get to know the school, the instructors, get a good insight on the Kickboxing grading process, and even learn some self defence tips.
